We can administer a topical anaesthetic to minimize any discomfort. Most clients report little or no pain during treatment.
The purpose of consultation before nasolabial fold treatment is to align your wishes and expectations with our possibilities. During this consultation, we also map your face and create a complete picture of your appearance, expression and facial features. Depending on the situation and your wishes, we can use our 3D facial analysis or our Magic Markers Method. According to the principle of the whole face approach, in which we look beyond an area that is to be treated. We will always create a treatment plan designed for you. We will ask about your medical history, previous treatments, and any use of medication. This way, we want to eliminate all potential risks and make sure you are helped in a safe way. The consultation is free of charge and without obligation.
The first result of the nasolabial fold treatment is immediately visible. However, it takes about two weeks for the treatment to reach its real goal. Natural beauty and the rebirth of your youthful appearance. This delay is caused by the fact that the hyaluronic acid needs time to settle into the surrounding tissue properly. Two weeks after the nasolabial fold treatment, you will come back for a check-up if you feel it’s needed. During the first week after the treatment, the hyaluronic acid can shift a bit and therefore look irregular. If necessary, we correct this during the check-up appointment.
Sometimes, a small bruise or swelling will appear after the treatment. This will disappears again over time. By applying cold compresses, we prevent this as much as possible and immediately initiate the recovery process. To avoid pigmentation, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight on the skin during the first few days after treatment.
The hyaluronic acid is broken down slowly over 6-12 months. There are significant individual differences, and usually, it stays in much longer. To avoid a yo-yo effect, we recommend not waiting until the result has entirely disappeared. Come back before everything is broken down. Preserving the impact of the nasolabial fold treatment is often a matter of maintenance. Those who repeat the nasolabial fold treatment at the first signs of decline can have years of enjoyment.
Appointment times vary, depending on the desired effect, including consultation it will be up to 45 mins.
Yes and no. The gel needs a few days to settle. In the first week after treatment, the hyaluronic acid may shift and look somewhat irregular. During the check-up – two weeks after the treatment – we can correct this if necessary. The hyaluronic acid is slowly broken down after 6 – 12 months.
Usually just 1ml is enough, we will inform you before the treatment if you will need more than that.
Should you unfortunately be unsatisfied with the results, then we can easily dissolve (remove) the hyaluronic acid without any residual symptoms.
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments at any time with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time; otherwise, a fee will be charged. To cancel or reschedule, please email, or text/call us. Please respect the time that is reserved just for YOU.

A nasolabial fold that is too deep can give your face a tired expression. You can probably already hear the questions from people around you. Wouldn’t you like to have your carefree expression back? That’s possible with a nasolabial fold correction.
What causes a nasolabial fold to appear?
A nasolabial fold is a line that runs from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth. A nasolabial fold is caused by the subcutaneous fat tissue sagging down from the cheekbone. This results in additional volume in the cheek which starts to hang over the nasolabial fold, which causes it to become deeper.
Depending on how deep the fold is, we can fill it up with a filler. We use Juvéderm and Restylane fillers. We can also opt for whole face treatment, such as thread facelift.
Just as no faces are the same, also no treatments are the same. Based on the analysis of your ageing characteristics made by the doctor, the number of fillers and the treatment are determined for your face. By injecting measured amounts of fillers into the crucial places on your face, your face regains substance. The injections are actually tiny pin-pricks performed by the doctor. This way, the hyaluronic acid filler is injected just under the skin, which immediately restores and rejuvenates your skin. It also causes your contours and volume to return.

Treating Nasolabial Folds with Fillers | Vanity Claire
Considering Instagram makes it look as if everyone in the country (plus their mums, plus their nans, plus their pets) have all had their lips done, and I'm pretty obsessed with trying any and all new beauty treatments, it's surprising that I made it to the grand old age of 27 before I got any form of non-surgical tweaking.
Nasolabial folds: Causes, treatment, exercises, and prevention
Nasolabial folds are the indentation lines on either side of the mouth that extend from the edge of the nose to the mouth's outer corners. They become more prominent when people smile. These folds also tend to deepen with age. Some people develop wrinkles next to the nasolabial folds, which may be more visible during smiling.
